I am currently operating as a Business Solution Provider for WhatsApp API and need assistance with setting up a credit line in my Facebook Business Manager account. My goal is to send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of my clients and share the credit line so that I can manage the payments for their usage. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue where I cannot find the option to apply for a credit line within my Business Manager. When I navigate to the "Billing & Payment" > "Credit Line" page in my Business Manager panel, I see a page like the one I've attached as a screenshot. Therefore, I am unable to apply for a credit line.
