I am using the WhatsApp Template API through Infobip as our provider for sending order and booking details to our admin. This process is continuous and crucial to our business operations. However, when we attempt to send the same template to the admin repeatedly, we are encountering an overlapping issue. Upon investigation, your support team mentioned that these messages are being classified under a promotional template.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this template categorization issue and ensure that these messages are processed correctly without being classified as promotional.

Additionally, we are facing issues with submitting the necessary documents for increasing our message limit. Could you please clarify the exact documentation requirements we need to provide from our side to successfully increase the message limit?
