Hi, I would like Meta to track Form Submitted on a 3rd party survey platform, Qualtric. Is the below standard event code correct? There are Page View and Complete Registration standard event under 1 coding.

When someone clicked the CTA button of ;Join the Quiz;, they will be directed to the survey form. When I used Test Event to see the event tracking, right after clicking the CTA button on the website, it immediately fire Page View and Complete Registration event. How to only track Complete Registration after the participants clicked Submit button?
