In the last 24 hours I've been receiving the 'An unexpected error has occurred' error on /v21.0/act_xxxx/ads endpoints (Error code 2) for our FB web app.

It's been tested with two separate Facebook accounts and fresh data and tokens created each time. The scopes are verified as correct and other API calls creating the adset and creative objects are succeeding. This was not throwing an error prior to October 26 2024. This app is in the review process, and Facebook testers were also previously able to complete this call too.
