Dear Support Team,
I am currently integrating the WhatsApp Business API to send messages via WhatsApp. However, I am encountering an issue when trying to finalize the setup with the phone number. The error message I receive is:
"The certificate is not available for your business. Only the business solution provider managing the WhatsApp Business platform integration will be able to download the certificate."
The problem is that I am not working with a Business Solution Provider (BSP), and I cannot download the certificate myself. As a result, the phone number status remains pending, and I cannot proceed with the API integration.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue and how I can obtain the certificate needed to complete the integration without a BSP?
