When I look at my app, I see the screenshot attached. But I click on the "Read more or appeal" link, and, in the cases where that isn't a blank page, I see that "None of your apps are restricted". So how am I supposed to appeal?

Any why does the appeals page just show up as a blank screen much of the time?
