Hello One of our customers is facing a problem when replying to an incoming message. He is getting an error “This message was sent outside the allowed window”. Although he replies to the client within 5 minutes of receiving the incoming message.

The message came in Reels comment from Instagram account @suhrobillo to @ilyasavvvv account "instId": "17841401749726270", "pageId": "290995140759960"

Сustomer replied after 5 minutes, got error 10 - 2534022 - This message is sent outside of allowed window Apps can only send a message to a customer within 24 hours of receiving the customer's message.

As you can see the response came in after 5 minutes Could you please advise me what is the reason for this error?
