Hi, we are developing a social media management tool that allows our customers to control and manage their social media profiles in one place. This requires them to connect their social media profiles to our software. With the developer accounts stored on Facebook, everything works without any problems. However, when we test the link to our software with an account that is not stored as a developer on Facebook, we get an error message saying that “the requested app does not exist”.

Can anyone tell me why this is the case? I assume that it is because we do not yet have a certain authorization. Can anyone tell me exactly which authorization we need to request?
