Request to Increase WABA Contact Limit

Dear Meta Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I'm reaching out to address an issue we're experiencing with our WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Recently, we activated a WABA for one of our specialists and quickly reached the 1,000-contact limit within a day, which subsequently upgraded our tier to 10,000 contacts.

We have been sending bulk messages within our current limit. However, despite consistently engaging with 5,000 active contacts over a 7-day period and maintaining a medium/high-quality rating for our account, our limit has not increased. We understand that one of the criteria for tier advancement is to wait 24 hours, which we have done over the past week, yet our limit remains unchanged at 10,000 contacts.

Could you please assist us in understanding why our contact limit hasn't increased to 100,000? Are there additional steps we need to take to facilitate this upgrade?
