I wanted to share a recurring issue that several of my clients are facing while using the WhatsApp Cloud API. When sending template messages, we're encountering the error (#135000) Generic user error, which is disrupting message delivery and causing issues with interactions.

This issue seems to be consistent and happens with various recipient numbers and templates. The error message is quite vague, making it difficult for us to pinpoint the exact cause. I would like to know if others are experiencing this same issue and if Meta's support team has any recommendations to resolve it.
