It seems to have resolved itself automatically. My videos with 574x1024 dimensions are now publishing successfully.
We are started seeing the same error a few days ago when we integrated the new IG Business Authentication graph.instagram.com endpoint for posting. It works fine with IG connect Facebook (graph.facebook.com).
