In my application, two violations appeared, causing the application to be blocked. The first one listed two reviews I needed to complete, as shown in the screenshot where the first one is marked as completed. The second review states that they cannot check the Facebook login because the application is in dev mode, which I cannot change due to the first review! In short, one review requires me to pass another, but it also blocks my application, making it impossible to complete the review.
