(#135000) Generic user error

Since last night, the APIs have been returning this error: (#135000) Generic user error. What could this be due to? I updated the templates, but nothing changed. I tried re-authenticating the phone number, but still nothing. It seems that my phone number is restricted from sending because the name was not approved. How long does it take for the name to be reviewed again? Is it possible that nothing is clear in this documentation? Has anyone solved this problem? Thank you very much.
