Also have the same issue today - Request failing authentication and authorization for account [...]: request denied from WWW with message: No valid CAT tokens in header - [[{"id_type":"SERVICE_IDENTITY","id_data":"twi.web"},{"id_type":"SERVICE_IDENTITY","id_data":"********"}]], error is Non-retryable, classified as UserError
I have validated number before (always with issues, but not this one). Also I've tried two different numbers today and the error is the same.
Assume it is an issue with the service itself and will be resolved in due course?
And just to note that there is a partial outage at the moment - https://metastatus.com/whatsapp-business-api which could be causing this.
Although the META status page inform that the WhatsApp Business API service is normal and operational, I tried again this morning and the problem persists (with the same error).
