Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with the WhatsApp verification for my brand. I have the official API through ManyChat, but WhatsApp isn't recognizing my company's verification, and the view seems to be bugged. I've already contacted Meta, and they directed me here to speak directly with you. I'd like to resolve this issue and unlock the 1,000 message sends per day. After all, I'm paying for the service and would like to have the full tool, including having my brand name appear directly to customers without the contact needing to be saved (which was not the case yesterday). I'll attach screenshots showing my verified Business Manager, but WhatsApp isn't recognizing it.
