is it best practive to have multiple whatsapp accounts but have just one app ( in live mode ) ,since all apps recieve all messages for the whatsapp business account.

and name the whatsapp account accordingly (dev environment,test environment,prod environment) ?

or will that trigger a warning ?

note :display name of the whatsapp account will be the business name not the environment
