Not able to send Marketing Template message to some Phone numbers.

Some phone numbers are not able to receive marketing template message, but able to receive to utilty and authentication templates.

The status of all templates are in - Active – Quality pending The business phone which is used to send marketing templates - The status is - Connected Adn the Quality is - High

And some new phone numbers are able to receive all three templates.

Is there some marketing message limits applied in 24 Hour period.

Quick Update.

I found the issue, this is related to "Per-User Marketing Template Message Limits" which they implemented recently.
