My app is sending whatsapp messages, but these messages are not received till the receiver starts or sends a whatsapp message.

Each time I send a new message, example after 24 hrs. the messages are not received by the received, the messages are received tll the receiver sends a new message to the business phone number.

Should I to implement a different method to send directly messages without need the received starts conversation?
