This is because Meta's validation changed and it's not (just) based on BM verified anymore.

Automatic Scaling is not working. Sent over 5K business initiated messages in last 7 days, mainained high quality, waited almost 3 weeks fulfilling all the criterias for an increase from 1K to 10K. But still not increased.

Same issue here. It seems to b stuck at 1000 / 24 hours. I had no option but to register another phone number for another 1000.
