URGENT:- (#135000) Generic user error

For the past week, we’ve been encountering the (#135000) Generic User Error when trying to send messages using any template other than the "hello_world" template. Despite creating multiple support tickets and reporting the bug, Meta support has repeatedly closed the tickets with a status of "fixed" without proper resolution. The issue reoccurs every alternate day.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, we created a new WhatsApp Business profile, verified the app and templates, and even purchased a brand new phone number. However, since yesterday at 11 AM, the same error persists with the new profile as well.

Our business is severely impacted, and the slow response from Meta support is exacerbating the problem. We urgently need expedited assistance.
