We are The Basics Digital Solutions Private Limited, we would like to inform you that we have successfully submitted for tech provider verification and have been verified as a tech provider.

We are seeking information on how many user accounts are onboarded under our tech provider status. While attempting to find this information, we encountered some challenges. To address this, we raised the concern with Meta support. However, we were surprised by their response, which stated that our company (The Basics Digital Solutions Private Limited) is not verified as a tech provider in their system.

During our chat with Meta support, we provided proof of our tech provider verification by sharing screenshots and screen recordings as requested. Despite this, Meta's response remained that our business is not verified as a tech provider in their system. They suggested that this could be due to a bug or technical glitch and advised us to raise this issue with the Meta developer support.
