We are currently encountering an issue where messages sent to a phone number is not sent even though the result returned by the API is delivered.
Our use case is we are sending system notifications to internal staff members and sometimes more than 10 messages can be sent at once.
Both our whatsapp number and recipient's are of good standing.
Could you clarify if there is a limit to the number of messages that can be sent to 1 phone number and if we can circumvent that?
When we check insights, those messages that are not sent and are still considered as sent and received and we are charged for it.
