Hi Guys I was directed here by the one of the Meta Business Suite support agent. We are running business and we use Meta business suite to handle all the inquiries. Recently encounterd an issue only with my phone, where my quick replies arent working, either i cannot copy or paste any messages within the app. Basically when a client ask a FAQ, we have presaved messages where it cannot be used.

I am using an iphone 11, updated to the latest os. I tried reset my phone, change OS, delete install the app and nothing worked.

Can anybody help out us on this, please.
