Hello, I want to facilitate creation of Instagram account and Facebook Business pages via API. I couldn't find any APIs specifically but found that we can create Facebook pages if my app is whitelisted.
Similarly, i wanted to know if there are any private APIs which can be used after getting the app whitelisted or approved post which we can create instagram handles.

There is no API allowing you to create Instagram users. Using Basic Display API or Instagram Graph API to create a user is impossible. If by "whitelisted," you mean that your app passed the App Review and you can go Live with your app, there is no additional "private API" you get access to. Perhaps signing up as a Meta Business Partner gives you access to some additional functionalities, but I don't know. I highly doubt that creating Instagram users via API would be possible, as it would open up the possibility of creating spam/fake accounts at a scale.
