I'm experiencing an issue with my Facebook app, which has been restricted due to a violation of "Platform Term 7.e.i.1 - Timely response to our requests". However, I have thoroughly checked my developer dashboard, the alerts section, and my email, and I cannot find any flagged violations or open requests from Facebook.

Steps I have taken: 1. I reviewed the Alerts section for any flagged violations but found none. 2. I checked the App Review status and did not see any pending requests. 3. I verified my email notifications but haven’t received any messages requesting action from Facebook. 4. Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I identify the root cause of this restriction and resolve it? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
