I recorded a video showing how we provide WhatsApp numbers on our UI to our users, and it got us approval for how we use the whatsapp_business_management permission.

I used the same video for the business_management permission and got rejected. I thought that (in our case) both permissions were simply used to provide numbers, therefore I thought that the same video would be enough.
