I have subscribed to the Meta Verified Business Standard Package. While completing the Business Verification on the last page, I was asked to upload an Official Business Document. After uploading the document, it kept rotating and giving technical problems and errors even though I tried to upload documents in JPG and PDF formats as required.

Please let me know how to fix this. I tried contacting their support but haven't received any resolution yet.
