My organisation has not received Facebook messages since the 10th of october 2023. We have tried getting in contact with Meta/Facebook, with no luck. We are pretty confident that there are huge amounts of messages lying unanswered somewhere in the metaverse - but this is a total disaster to say the least. Has anyone experiences anything like this, or know a fix for the issue? We work with plastic removal from the oceans, so helping us out is in fact saving the globe - one message at a time :D Thanks in advance!
