I've set up the Facebook Graph API and configured a webhook to trigger events whenever an inquiry or lead is generated through any of our campaign-related pages. However, I've noticed that some inquiries or leads are intermittently skipped and do not trigger the webhook.

I'm trying to understand the reason behind this inconsistency. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, or does anyone have insights into why this might be happening? Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
