PROBLEM: My clients/users are not able to connect their Facebook page or Instagram profile because they are not able to connect their business manager accounts (they are either users with partial control or full control to the business manager, it doesn't matter what level access they have, they are not able to connect).
I have requested 'advanced' permissions to business_manager for my app in the hope that this might solve the problem however Meta App review testers are not able to 're-create' the problem my users are facing. I suspect this is because they have 'developer' access however surely they would think of this.
I have provided a screencast when applying for this feature from my login (I can connect and everything works well), I have also provided a screencast from a client perspective (they can't connect). This is where I see the problem is:

QUESTIONS:
Why am I able to connect business manager and my clients are not, we have exactly the same accesses.
Why can’t testers recreate the problem or at least see that this is a problem that all of my users are facing and accept there is an issue that needs to be resolved and perhaps provide some insight/advice on that instead of just saying ‘we can’t recreate the issue’?
What are my next steps to getting this resolved?
