We’re having a problem with our application on developer platform. Let me know what we should do to resolve it. Do we need to set up a new app, or is there any way to recover the already connected app?

Our application was blocked because we missed the annual verification email - we didn't notice it and didn't click the corresponding button.

Now we want to understand how to resolve this issue and restore the status.

When clicking the "appeal" button, there are no suitable options to proceed with resolving the issue.
