Can't add a page to our business manager

We have an issue with adding our page to our business manager. I went to Business Manager -> Accounts -> Pages -> Add and sent a request, but no one from the admins received a notification or an email to confirm the request. I am one of the admins with full control of the page. It's already been more than 24 hours and still nothing, we checked our spam folders too. Has anyone encountered this? What steps should we take?
