Ads archive call says - Application does not have permission for this action

Hello,
I'm trying to use the ads_archive API, but when I try to make a call to it, I get the error in the image.
I don't understand what kind of permission could be missing, because I have created the APP that is being used as access token and also added Marketing API to the APP.
Please let me know if you have any idea what could be the issue here.

Did you complete all steps as listed in the docs, especially step 1?

Hello, I have the same issue. The problem is, I couldn`t complete my identity confirmation, because FB does not approve any of my document (probably because I am not from the US). Do you know if there is any workaround here?
