We have received all required permissions for advance access, but we are encountering an issue when trying to fetch a user's name using the PSID we received from a webhook upon user messaging our page. The error message we are receiving is as follows:

Error: "Unsupported get request. Object with ID '8297431780366822' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at Facebook Graph API Documentation."

We have confirmed that the token is valid and that all necessary permissions have been accepted. However, we are still unable to retrieve the user’s name.

My Access Token is valid and have all permission.

Could you please assist us in identifying what we might be missing in this process?
