We want to set up a way to contact our clients to confirm their appointments. (To confirm, they need to click on the CTA button to confirm the appointment)
We would like each account manager to have their own “WhatsApp Business Manager” with, for example, Arnaud@bunch’m, so that they can have a discussion with each client to answer their questions before or after the appointment. Ideally, we would also like their assistant to be included in the conversation.
Can you tell us how to set this up?
Do we need to create as many apps as there are account managers? There are 21 today and 40 by next year?
