We have been requested to complete the Data Use Checkup for Login. However, we cannot submit the update because the "Add business details" part of the form that we are filling out has a session indicating we should enter a link to website, Facebook page or instegram profile. We tried to link to each of these in turn, but every time we get the following error: "The Facebook Page or Instagram profile you entered cannot be used to verify your business. Please enter a different Facebook Page, Instagram profile, or website." So, we cannot go further in the process of submitting the paperwork. We would prefer to use our edu address for a link to a website, but when we do that, we get an error indicating: "Please enter an email address and website that don’t use a “.edu” domain." We want to comply with the request, but we are unsure how to proceed and currently we have users who can't access our applications because the Facebook social login has been restricted due to this data use checkup that we can't complete. Has anyone run into similar difficulties and how did you resolve them?
