We have had issues with people trying to register Facebook Pages in our software for some basic page management. In looking through support, it seems that now the "business_management" permission is needed to access Pages for a user (or certain pages that are tied to business entities).

I went into our app to add this permission, and when requesting Standard Access, the permission for "business_management" is immediately showing a "Revoked" status. I am unable to request Advanced Access to push this through to a review process as it requires successful test API calls in order to click that button. However, since this permission is revoked, I cannot issue any test API calls (they all fail).

Why would this be immediately revoked? How can I go about getting in touch with Facebook to remedy this issue as I don't see any way in the UI to handle it?
