The generic template for Instagram does not show the full subtitle. It is supposed to have a maximum of 80 characters, but it cannot break lines and only displays the first line. Have the specifications changed?
Agreed, even when trying with Button Template, the full subtitle isn't shown even though 640 characters are supported. Are there any changes that we aren't aware of?

There used to be a way to do this, but now they have shut it down and send everyone to this forum

There are more bugs if you have a generic template with lets say 9 elements which all contain an image . Lets say 7 of the 8 of the 9 elements contain 3 buttons . the 9th contain only 2 buttons somehow on android the 9th element is going to have the 3rd button . Its a bug that only appears on android since I tried it on IOS and there the bug does not appear

Instagram decided that supporting Messenger API developers is not worth their wasted time and closed the ability to send a Bug Report, how I hate them for this(((
