My client's whatsapp business API get disabled, I believe it's a mistake,please restored my account

I integrate it with go high level, so now my client can't use the whatsapp beta entirely, please solved this issue, my template that sent out is approved by meta, and I only send out 50/messages per day. Please let my client use back her whatsapp account

You should raise a direct support request. They usually check and resolve the issue. From personal experience and most cases heard when you register the account it usually gets blocked automatically apparently for no reason but they restore the status in these cases.

I am not sure where you are being redirected but the link redirects to a page where I have to select my Meta Business Portfolio to raise a support request. If you have not already created a portfolio I would suggest creating one and trying again. Apart from that apologies but I am not aware of any other link for raising a support request to Meta.
