For message templates (shopee_agent_start) and (shopee_agent_within_vicinity), I'm trying to remove the ending slash in the website URL for the call to action button as below:

[CURRENT] https://www.uparcel.sg/track?utm_source=Whatsapp&utm_medium=direct&code=/{{1}}

[NEW] https://www.uparcel.sg/track?utm_source=Whatsapp&utm_medium=direct&code={{1}}

I have removed the ending slash and re-submitted the templates for review in the past few days, however the ending slash is still appearing in the website URL.

Could you advise how I can remove the ending slash for both these templates as re-editing the website URL does not seem to work.
