Similar to this post: Post, I too am facing issue while testing out WhatsApp Embedded Signup Flow. Based on WhatsApp review guidelines I need to have a working POC for the review. Since my app has a dependency on WhatsApp Embedded Signup Flow and I'm facing the error: This business account didn't comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards., I'm unable to move forward.

I have tried with various accounts but I'm still facing the issue regardless. Any help in this matter is appreciated.
