Is It possible to create a non-expired access token instead of 60 days access token?

We would like to create a permanet access token for API Graph instead of the 60 days access token. Is it possible?

Based on the documentation. I think there is no way to generate a permanent access token. You can alternatively get a long lived token then refresh it before it expires.
