Resolved all issues for App Review but API still Restricted

We have resolved the main issue for our App Review, but there seems to be another "violation" that just references the main issue (the one that's now been resolved).

It has basically created a circular reference that we can't seem to figure out if there's an actual action we need to take, or if this is a bug, or if we just need to wait and it will automatically resolve itself.

How can we get help with this?

Same here. All issues are resolved, but the last one is restricted without any actions available
