Hello Facebook Community,
We are encountering a recurring issue while testing our chatbot flow on mobile devices. After publishing the flow ID, we often receive the error message "Something went wrong. Try again later." (see the attached screenshot for reference). This issue severely impacts our testing and development process.
This error message lacks detailed information, making it difficult to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Questions: 1. What could be causing this frequent "Something went wrong" error in mobile testing after publishing the flow? 2. Are there any specific debugging steps or tools we can use to identify the root cause of this issue? 3. Is this a known issue with the platform, and are there any upcoming fixes or workarounds available? 4. How can we obtain more detailed error logs or messages to help diagnose the problem?
We would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions to help us resolve this issue promptly.
Thank you,
Are you able to use any of the testing tools which can be found in WhatsApp manager to diagnose the issue? https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/flows/guides/testingdebugging
Hi Anoud,
You should now be able to see more detailed errors on mobile on draft Flows (not on published), or else use our debugging tools on WhatsApp Manager as Bar pointed out. We are working on showing more descriptive error messages also for published Flows on the Builder on WhatsApp Manager and that will be available soon.
