Unable to do data checkup due to Facebook error

For my properties, I need to do a 'Data Use checkup'. For reasons unclear to me, some of my properties are not connected to a 'business portfolio'. Selecting a business from the list of available portfolios results in "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." It's been like this for about four weeks.

I've tried filing a bug report, but every single option in the issues-dropdown results in something similar to 'sorry, you can't file a report on this'.
