Good morning, my account generated an alert for a missing valid payment method. I have now made the payment successfully, but the account is still not sending messages and is returning the same error (131042 - Message failed to send because there were one or more errors related to your payment method). What can I do?

Hi @Ciccio

is this issue resolved , We are facing the same issue from last one week. If it was resolved please let us know how it was resolved and what are the steps to resolve that
