I am trying to setup the API for WhatsApp but have ran into a problem that I cannot work out a solution for.

When following through the API Setup, I am seeing an error that states "Messaging may be unavailable. Review issue". However, I cannot identify an issue that needs fixing. There are also no alerts within Facebook Business,

I have been through validation and added a payment method for the test number.
