I can't download CSV or XLS of my leads, generated with meta instant form

Since 6AM we can't check or download the leads that we generated with meta ads. We open a case at 9:30am and still awaiting for reply. They said that they didn't heard about this issue and now in the community i saw that many people have the same problem. Does anyone have any news about this problem with leads?
