I have set up our Whatsapp number on 3CX using the Meta developer app. This all works fine and we are receiving messages into our 3CX phone system. The issue I'm facing is people who are using the number to spam us, how do we prevent this from happening? 3CX don't have anything to block numbers and their support has told me to check with Meta Developers. Can someone please advise?
