Couldn't set up webhook callback URL

I previously set up a webhook with ngrok for Instagram, and it worked. but currently, I couldn't verify the callback URL, and even the backend is not receiving the request even though the server is awake. Is there anyone having the same issue or does anyone have a solution? Would appreciate if u help me out.

I have a webhook configured with ngrok for WhatsApp but I couldn't verify the callback URL anymore. Apparently it is because some domains were blocked.

Solution: In my case I was using the free version of ngrok but I tried the paid version to obtain the domain and it solved the problem,
